基于固体发酵的白钱菌质急性毒性及镇痛作用的研究
Acute Toxicity and Analgesic Function of Bai-Qian Fungal Substance by Solid-state Fermentation
摘要
Abstract
To make Strychnos nux - vomica L. to keep analgesic efficacy and reduce toxicity by the solid -state fermentation of Beauveria bassiana (Bals. ) Vuill.. Methods; First crude drug was fermented under certain condition to obtain Bai - qian fungal substance by Beauveria bassiana ( Bals. ) Vuill. , which was suitable for growing on the drug. Then LD50 was observed and it was compared the effects of body twisting response induced by acetic acid in mice and of hot -plate response before and after fermentation. Results: LD50 of fermentation group was 167. 3mg/kg. Their rising rate was 33. 8% compared with crude drug. All fermentation products could prolong latency of licking foot response significantly (P <0. 01) , while high and medium dosage could reduce writhing times induced by acetic acid significantly(P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). But low dosage group showed no significant difference. Conclusion::Strychnos nux -vomica L. can keep analgesic effect and reduce its toxicity by the fermentation of Beauveria bassiana (Bals. ) Vuill. .关键词
