摘要

Abstract

Objective: To screen the formulation and preparation technology of salvianolic sodium acid orally disintegrating tablets, and choose measures to determine the disintegration time in order to shorten the disintegration of time. Methods: With the contents disintegration time, taste and appearance as indexes, the preparation adopted direct compression. Preparation formula was designed on the basis of screened accessory. Results ; The disintegrating time was about 30s. The taste and appearance were good. Every tested index was in line with Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition. Conclusion; The prescription and disintegrating time live up to the standard. The taste and appearance are fine. The preparation technology is simple, and it is suitable for high - volume production.
