摘要

Abstract

To improve the quality of ZTC4 titanium alloy casting, the effects of gas elements (H, N, O) contents on its mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the given content of gas elements, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen, can improve the strength of the titanium alloy; it is beneficial to improving the comprehensive properties of ZTC4 titanium alloy casting that the hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen contents are in the range of 0.010%-0.012%, 0.01%-0.02% and 0.10%-0.15%, respectively. Strictly controlling technical regulations of consumable electrode, mold and post treatment in the production benefits the gas contents control and the high quality casting.
