磷酸盐对水玻璃型砂性能影响的研究OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Research on Influence of Phosphate on Performance of Sodium Silicate-Bonded Sand
研究了磷酸氢二钠、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠4种磷酸盐对水玻璃型砂常温强度和高温残留强度的影响.研究表明,用焦磷酸钠改性的水玻璃型砂常温强度最高,溃散性最好.确定了作为改性剂的焦磷酸钠的最佳用量,并从微观结构分析了焦磷酸钠对水玻璃的改性机理.
The influences of four kinds of phosphates such as disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4), sodium tripolyphosphate(Na5P3O10), sodium hexametaphosphate ((NaPO3)6), and sodium pyrophosphate (Na4P2O7) on the sodium silicate-bonded sand strength at room and high temperature were studied.
