Abstract
The mechanical properties of three different grate materials, ZG30Cr26Ni4, RTCr28Ni and RTCrl 8, were tested by electronic universal testing machines, impact testing machine, Rockwell hardness instrument. The metallographic structure, tensile and impact fracture morphology of alloy were analyzed by the metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the hardness and tensile strength of ZG30Cr26Ni4 are lowest, but impact toughness is the highest; the high temperature tensile strength and the impact toughness of RTCr28Ni4 are higher than RTCrl 8, but the hardness and room temperature tensile strength are lower than RTCrl 8. Among the three alloys, RTCr28Ni4 has the best comprehensive properties with a good toughness and strength at high or room temperature.关键词
