摘要

Abstract

With the development of the aerospace as well as national defense science and technology, magnesium alloys become widely used as light-alloy structural materials.Therefore, forming technology of magnesium alloy castings becomes the key to the development and application of magnesium alloy, especially the low pressure casting process, as an anti-gravity precision forming technology, get a certain development in formation of magnesium alloy.In this paper, new progresses in low pressure casting of magnesium alloy were introduced, including the protection methods, the process and numerical simulation of low pressure casting of magnesium alloy, besides, the current research and prospects of magnesium alloy vacuum low-pressure expendable pattern casting as a new technology was involved.
