A Pyrene Derivative as Fluorescent Carrier with Covalently Immobilized on Sensing Membrane for Nitrofurantoin

摘要

Abstract

A pyrene derivative fluorescent carrier with a terminal double bond, methylacryloylam-idepyrene (MAAP) was synthesized. With the carrier molecules immobilized on the quartz slides via light copolymerization, a new fluorescent sensor was fabricated for the determination of nitrofurantoin based on the fluorescence quenching of MAAP. The quenching mechanism was discussed. The sensor exhibited excellent stability, sufficient repeatability, good selectivity and long lifetime due to the prevention from leaching out of fluorescent carrier. The sensor showed linear responses toward nitrofurantoin in the concentration range of 8. 0 × 10-7 ~ 1. 0× 10 - 4 mol/L with a detection limit of 6. 0 × 10 -7 mol/L. The recovery for the determination of nitrofurantoin in water samples ranged from 96. 0% to 104. 0%.
