Comparison of Yield and the Contents of Index Components Determined by HPLC of Different Rehmannia Glutinosa Varieties
摘要
Abstract
By using the method of HPLC, the contents of catalpol and verbascoside in the sample of different Rehmannia glutinosa varieties were determined. SPSS software was used for comparing the yield and contents of catalpol and verbascoside. Results showed different Rehmannia germplasm sample had significant differences in the content of yield and index components. Technical support to popularize the cultivation and breeding was provided, and new variety of Rehmannia was selected.关键词
