两步法仿生合成TiO2纳米线及其表征
Two-step synthesis of TiO2 nanowires and Characterization

Abstract
TiO2 nanowires were synthesized by using then, and L-Cys as templating agent. Solvothermal tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source was conducted synthesis of nano-TiO2 precursors was conducted. Then, nano-TiO2 precursors were treated with the hot alkaline solution at high temperatures to prepare TiO2 nanowires. Then the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM), FT-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption experiments. The results show that TiO2 nanowires were amorphous titanate structure, about 20;40 nm in diameter, several microns in length and the specific surface area up to 312.58 m2g. After calcining,the TiO2 nanowires changed into anatase. FT-IR spectrum analysis indicates that the samples contain Ti-O bond.关键词
