Abstract

The nutritional and medicinal properties and attractive processing prospects of functional specialty rice the purple-black milled rice were expounded.The high yield and quality cuhivation techniques of the functional specialty rice of the purple-black milled rice was introduced. Appropriate development of functional specialty countermeasures of rice of the purple-black milled rice was put forward to provide a reference
