摘要

Abstract

Drosophila melanogaster courtship behavior recognition and judgment method,using computer image processing technology,has an important role in biological genetics experiment.This paper designed the dynamic background restoration pixel replacement unit for background restoration algorithm.Based on otsu method identified Drosophila melanogaster, through the method of combining gr~,y and gradient motion target fuzzy edge detection was conducted,in order to extract Drosophila melanogaster body and wings.According to the Drosophila melanogaster wings and body parameters datas, the Drosophila melanogaster wings vibration was judged,in order to identified Drosophila melanogater courtship behavior;finally, the result could be achieved by using the C# and emgu application development system.
