摘要
Abstract
Increase in proportion as China's one--child, contempt for service industries, tourism tal- ents cultivation in colleges and universities faced a decline in professionalism and professional skills. At the same time, training of personnel in need of mentoring for tourism service technical. Implementation of Un- dergraduate Tutorial System is requirement to achieve demand of tourism talents and social goal of training applied, and improving undergraduate ability.关键词
