摘要

Abstract

The reference voltage source is a very important composition unit of integrated circuit. The reference voltage source is an indispensable part in D/A converter and A/D converter and all kinds of wireless communication products.lt is important of the circuit performance and accuracy. We can say the voltage source performance related to the whole circuit performance is good or bad. The most important index constant reference voltage source performance is the temperature coefficient. The temperature coefficient is as low as important. This paper mainly introduces the working principle of some kinds of popular reference voltage sources and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. The conclusion is bandgap voltage reference source required working voltage minimum. Its production process is not complicated and the most easy to implement .
