摘要
Abstract
Compound cage rotor parameters vary with slip.To accurately calculate motor parameters,Ansoft Maxwell finite element software is applied in this paper.Two-dimension finite element model coupling field-circuit-motion is set up.Rotor rotation,saturation and eddy current effects are considered.Magnetic field at different slips is calculated directly.Motor performance parameters are obtained.The alloy material and depth have some influence on motor performance,which provides reference for motor optimal design.Based on analysis of motor performance parameters dynamic changes process,reasonableness of compound cage rotor structural design is testified.Compared with analytical and experimental results,the project effectiveness of the calculation method is verified.关键词
