Key Technologies for Beyond 100Gbit/s Optical Transmission

Abstract
N x 100Gbit/s WDM system has been gradually commercialized. Next-generation optical transmission systems are edging ever closer to forecasted capacity limits, due to the continuously growing internet bandwidth requirement. In this paper, we will discuss the key technologies for beyond 100Gbit/s, and outline how core networks might still be scaled to 400Gbit/s and beyond.关键词
