摘要
Abstract
Key characteristics for new generation transport network were presented in this paper firstly. Then, transparent networking technologies, in particular OTN, as an initial transparent networking technology for new generation transport networks, were analyzed. In the following part, the paper focuses on the development and challenges of 100Gbit/s and beyond 100Gbit/s WDM systems. Subsequently, the development of new kind of optical fiber and fiber based multiplexing technologies was discussed.关键词
