华支睾吸虫病诊断学研究进展
Research progress in clonorchiasis diagnosis
摘要
Abstract
Clonorchiasis is a parasitic disease caused by Clonorchis sinensis and mainly popular in East Asia. The traditional aetiological diagnosis methods have obvious limitations and defects. The development of immunology and molecular biology has provided a new way for the diagnosis. Following with the in-depth study of diagnostic antigen, antibody and improvement of diagnosis methods, the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing clonorchiasis was continuously improved. This paper emphatically summarized immunologic diagnosis of clonorchiasis, especially the progress in diagnostic antigens.关键词
