摘要
Abstract
Fabrication of inorganic microcrystal (nanocrystal) films on the reactiwe substrate (metal substrate) via a solvothermal routte is a new method for preparation of films. The main advantages of this method to prepare films are its convenience in manipulation. It was found that the morphology of the film is affected by adjusting various parameters such as solvent, surfactant and temperature, etc. The author also fabricated the Cu2Se film on copper substrate by solvothermal growth.关键词
