摘要

Abstract

Polypyrrole (PPy) has been received much concern for its simple preparation, reversible doping, environment-friendly, higher conductivity and huge specific capacitance, as well as the better film forming ability. Especially, it has broad prospect as the electrode material of energy conversing devices such as supercapacitor and secondary battery. In this paper, the mechanism of double layer capacity and pseudo capacity of supercapacitor was reviewed simply, and the recent progress of polypyrrole supereapacitor electrode manufactured by different material such as metal oxide, carbon material via chemical, electrochemical or new type method such as interface method was generalized.
