摘要

Abstract

By analyzing the working principle of the missile temperature measurement component, a mathematics model of the component in the full temperature range is established. Based on this model the value distribution of the component' s adjustable resistance is simulated, and the approximate value range of the adjustable resistance is defined. Using the full temperature test data of the adjustable resistance in preassembly, the precise value of the adjustable resistance can be calculated. The mathematics model has instructional signification on the component adjustment, and it can improve the assembly efficiency.
