摘要
Abstract
References is important component of sci-tech papers. The quality of bibliographic reference determinates the academic standard and overall quality of papers and even sci-tech journal. Many problems of the improper and wrong citations of bibliographic references found in sei-tech papers are summed up, which include "quoted without marking", "marked without quoting", excessive self-citation and quoted from a secondary source, nonstandard marking. Proposes several corresponding countermeasures from three aspects, namely, the self-examination by author, editor checking and reviewer giving assistance.关键词
