Abstract
Nine rabbits were pathologically dissected and their hearts, livers, spleens and mesenteric lymph nodes were used to isolate bacteria. And the hearts, livers, spleens, lungs were selected to pre- pared histological section for histopathologic examination. The immunohistochemical staining method (ABC method) with RHDV antigen was used to find RHDV antigen in the ceils of livers. So the disease was diagnosed RHD. The clinical characters were mainly the most acute and the acute type and the pathological changes were microcirculation disturbance in the whole body. DIC formed and the conges- tion, edema, hemorrhage, degeneration, necrosis were observed in the parenchymal organs, and severe in the liver, kidney and spleen, especially very severe in the liver. The results confirmed that the rabbit outbreaks of disease was of RHD.关键词
