小刺猴头菌发酵液小分子指纹图谱与多糖含量相关性研究
Study on the Correlation of Small Molecule Fingerprints and Polysaccharide Content of Hericium caput-medusae Fermented Liquid

Abstract
The Hericium caput-medusae decompressing bottle fermentation in the cultivation of three kinds of organic solvent extraction in small molecule fingerprints and its correlation with fermented liquid polysaccharide were studied. Samples obtained in the whole fermentation period from shake cultivation fermented liquid of Hericium caput-medusae were detected and analyzed with petroleum ether, methylene chloride and ethyl acetate extract in turn. The correlation of 3 kinds of small molecules of methylene chlo- ride layer with fermented liquid polysaccharide was analyzed through SAS software and SIMCA-P soft- ware. The results show that small molecules of peaks 3, 4 and 5 of the fermented liquid methylene chlo- ride layer are very significantly correlated with polysaccharide content of the fermented liquid.关键词
