摘要
Abstract
"Poyang Lake ecological economic zone" and "Promoting the primary Central Soviet Area in south Jiangxi" are rose to national strategic layout of regional economic development, which is an important opportunity to develop and serve economical society by applied science and technology.In this paper, the superiority, such as location, ecology, resources, industry, the policy and so on, are analyzed. It is proposed that the local academies and institutes should build relaxed academic atmos- phere, make scientific culture and establish incentive mechanism to achieve "the two national strate- gic layout of regional economic development", and to constantly extend the applied science and tech- nology service to ecological planning, low carbon development of industrial park and industrialization process of all levels of governments.关键词
