Abstract
The Anti-Japanese War period is of great significance to the development of building laws in Chongqing.Under such a special background, the issuance of building laws both at the national level and Chongqing regional level contributes to the formulation of the first complete building law of Chongqing, that is, Building Laws in Chongqing, which has effectively guaranteed the smooth urban construction in the Anti-Japanese War period, promoted the construction systematism of Chongqing to a certain extent, laid a solid foundation for the establishment of management system in Chongqing, and stimulate an important step forward in the modernization of urban construction management in Chongqing.关键词
