摘要
Abstract
The progress of social assistance has entered the new stage since superior 《 Measures for the Administration of Relief for Vagrants and Beggars without Assured Living Sources in Cities》 had been put into effect from August 1st, 2003.Meanwhile,with the development of society, increasing social problems have added the difficulty to the work of social assistance accordingly. On the basis of the survey in the rescue station in QingDao, after analyzing the relevant conditions of recipients, this article aims at dissecting the social problems exposed in the investigation and comes up with corresponding solutions.关键词
