Abstract
scientific and technological innovation will determine the success or failure of economic structure adjustment, and capital marke market can not meet the aspects in Shandong: (1) t is one of the key factors of scientific and technological innovation. At present, Shandong capital demand of the scientific and technological innovation funds, so it should be constructed from four perfecting seed fund and guide funds; (2) encouraging venture capital and private equity investment; (3) strengthening the construction of local property market; (4) encouraging high-tech enterprises stock market financing.关键词
