Abstract
Through surveying and understanding the present condition of voyage talents' cultivation in Dalian,this paper makes systematically analysis on voyage high-skilled talents' demand for Dalian constructing international shipping center in northeastern Asia,and provides strategy and reference for related departments on the layout and developing objective of voyage talents' training for national view overall planning.It defines talents' training goal for voyage technology major and marine engine technology major in Dalian Vocational and Technical College,and provides basis for strengthening professional construction关键词
