Abstract
The development of employment work in higher vocational colleges directly affects the survival and development of higher vocational colleges.Since 2008,Liaoning Jidian Polytechnic has developed employment guidance fully,and has achieved certain result on the construction of teaching staff,the construction of curriculum system,and the development of employment and pioneering refined service for promoting higher vocational students' employment ability.关键词
