Abstract
The innovation mechanism of combining enterprises,universities and governments in Japan had developed for several decades and accumulated rich successful experiences. This essay focuses on the analysis of the development and its rich experiences of the innovation mechanism of combining enterprises,universities and governments in Japan to compare to the developing situation of "Triangular Model" in Ningbo Polytechnic,thus to make a conclusion of the reference function of the innovation mechanism of combining enterprises, universities and governments in Japan to the development of "Triangular Model".关键词
