基于药代动力学的蒙药地格达-4味汤配伍规律研究
Study on the Combination of Mongolian Medicine Digeda-4 Wei Tang Based on Pharmacokinetics

Abstract
Objective:To study the changes in pharmacokinetics of Swertiamarin in Mongolian Medicine Digeda-4 Wei Tang in rat model of acute liver injury and evaluate the reasonable and feasible formulation of Digeda-4 Wei Tang.Methods: Rats with acute liver injury were divided into Digeda-4 Wei Tang group,sovereign drug+minister drug group,sovereign drug+assistant drug group,sovereign drug+envoy drug group,After intragastric administration to rat model,blood samples were collected at different time points and the serum was separated by Centrifuge.A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to determine the content of Swertiamarin and calculate the parameter of pharmacokinetics.By comparing the pharmacokinetics of prescription and three couplet medicines via formula components analysis,rationality of prescription was evaluated.Results:The content of Swertiamarin in Digeda-4 Wei Tang was higher than that in other three groups at different time points.Vd,T1/2,Cmax in Digeda-4 Wei Tang is also higher than those in other three groups.Conclusion:Digeda-4 Wei Tang was initially considered as a reasonable and scientific prescription.关键词
