RNAi Technology Apply Prospects in Research of Castor Dwarf
摘要
Abstract
Dwarf is an important agronomic traits in plant, and moderate dwarf enable crop yield. At present, main castor varieties in China had characters of plant tall, low yields and poor resistance ,dwarf castor can compensate for the above shortcomings. RNA interference technology base on theory of gene silencing is a new approach in recent years, and has important applications in plant.h is an effective one of way to create germplasm resources of dwarf castor. RNA interference technology has a high application value in development of agriculture.关键词
