摘要

Abstract

Objective: To understand the psychological states and needs of practice nurses, and formulate pertinency clinical teaching countermeasures, thereby improving teaching quality. Methods: Adopting self-made questionnaire to conduct a survey of 178 college nursing students, and the survey results were analyzed. Results: The psychological state of practice nurses at early stage were excitement, tension and fear; at middle stage, their working attitude were active and initiative, mainly presented as complacency; at end stage, because they wanted to end the practice as soon as possible, slack appeared among them. Conclusion: In clinical teaching of nursing students, according to the psychological problems at different practice stage, taking appropriate teaching intervention measures can achieve satisfactory results.
