Abstract
To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of nicotinic acid in Polygonum aviculare L.The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)separation was performend on KromasiL C18column(4.6mm× 250mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution(adjusting PH value with phosphoric acid to 6.5)(,90:10),the flow rate was 0.5 mL.min-1,the detection wavelength was 266 nm,the column temperation was 20℃.Nicotinic acid showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9999)in the range of 0.50~ 2.50mg.mL-1,the average recovery rate was 102.35%,RSD=1.23%(n=5),The content of nicotinic acid in Polygonum aviculare L.was 8.0%.The method is simple and accurate,so it can be used to detect the content of nicotinic acid in food,plant and Chinese traditional medicine.关键词
