摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the nursing points of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH) undergoing hematoma evacuation.Methods: The preoperative nursing care,postoperative nursing care and complications nursing care of 54 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,who underwent craniotomy evacuation of hematoma,were summarized.Results: In 54 patients,4 patients died,3 cases automatically discharged,3 cases were in vegetative state,8 cases were severe disability,34 cases were moderate disability,3 cases were improved.Conclusion: Operative nursing care is especially important,should pay attention to maintaining the stability of blood pressure to prevent rebleeding and cerebral ischemia,preventing infection,enhancing functional exercise can promote the recovery of patients.关键词
