摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.Methods: 72 cases of hepatic hemangioma were detected by B-mode ultrasound,color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI),color Doppler energy(CDE),the results were analysed.Results: CDFI can show blood flow signal for the hepatic hemangioma more than 1cm in diameter,but cannot show for the diameter less than 1cm,while CDE can show blood flow signal for the small hepatic hemangioma less than 1cm in diameter.Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasonography has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.CDE is superior to CDPI for showing color flow in the small hepatic hemangioma lesions.关键词
