摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the protective and therapeutic effect of Ginaton on rat liver ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods: Ginaton was injected intravenously into rat before the establishment of liver ischemia-reperfusion model,then determined the enzymological indexes(AST and ALT)levels of liver function in plasma,measured the apoptosis of liver cells by flow cytometry,evaluated the hepatocytespathological damage.Results: The rat plasma AST and ALT at three time points in the treatment group were significantly lower than in the I/R group of the same point(P0.05),liver cell apoptosis in the treatment group was significantly lower than in the I/R group(P0.05),the pathological damage of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in the treatment group was less than in the I/R group.Conclusion: Through reducing the apoptosis rate of liver cells,Ginaton can reduce the pathological damage and enzymological indexes of liver,which play a protective effect on liver.关键词
