摘要

Abstract

A stacker control system based on Kingview and PLC is designed, which consists of shelf, stacker, control cabinet and monitoring computer. This study mainly introduces hardware system including monitoring computer, PLC controller and inverter, while the software system based on Kingview v6.53 and Access database. The selection of hardware is firstly analyzed, then the software system including PLC programming and Kingview is expounded. The results show that this system has precise positioning and real-time monitoring function is running steadily and reliably.
