Abstract
On the basis of surveying rural homestead of three streets in Laoshan district of Qingdao city, present condition of rural homesedad in Laoshan district have been introduced, and current problems have been pointed out. Some countermeasures are put forward as follows: homestead of some villagers which have housing difficulties should be resolved first, preparation of approval of the village family planning should be expedited, law enforcement and supervision should be strengthened, publicity and education efforts of land laws and regulations should be promoted, and construction of rural land should be actively promote as well.关键词
