摘要
Abstract
The measurement for capacitance is realized by using the combination of hardware and software,the hardware part realizes the capacitance measurement by amplifier circuit and comparative circuit,and the software part uses VHDL programming to realize pulse count and to complete the calculation,conversion and process for capacitance value.Based on MAX+PLUSⅡ development platform,the software is realized by CPLD chip.关键词
