我国绿色建筑评估标准的发展演变
The Development and Evolution of Green Building Assessment Criteria in China
摘要
Abstract
As environmental pollution,global warming and energy shortage becoming increasingly serious,green building is proved to be a response of sustainable development in construction industry.The green building assessment system is not only an evaluation criterion but also plays the role of guiding and regulating the development of green building.Combining advanced evaluation system abroad,the present study analyzed development process of the green buildings assessment standards in China,and presented the advantages and disadvantages of current green buildings assessment standards.Finally,it proposed that green building assessment standards in China should adhere to scientific and independent innovation,and the development emphasis should be laid on some aspects.关键词
