Research on the Labor Rights and Interests Protection of Women Peasant Workers
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of making the group identity of women migrant workers clear,this paper analyzes the present situation of the labor rights loss of Women Peasant Workers through reading related laws and regulations.The possible obstacles and right maintenance way are discussed for protecting their labor rights and interests,and the concrete construction plan of long-term effective mechanism is proposed so as to provide reference for further study.关键词
