Abstract
Harmony between cadres and masses has always been an important symbol of social harmony.There are many obstructive factors to build a harmonious society in current China.Tension and opposition between cadres and masses can't be ignored."Utopia" depicts a beautiful relationship between cadres and masses: cadres take the lead to labor and give up the privileges,and there is no corruption.The masses love and trust cadres and willingly obey the official transfer of command.From a fundamental sense,the Utopia is not achievable.But some concrete designs don't lose practical significance and many ideas of "Utopia" that finished in 496 years ago have become true.The harmonious relationship is a result of comprehensive reasons.When constructing harmonious society and harmonious relationship between cadres and masses,we should absorb its ideas critically.关键词
