Optimizing the Supply Logistics of the Core Enterprise in the Automobile Supply Chain Based on TRIZ

Abstract
The supply logistics of the core enterprise in an automobile supply chain is the source of the whole supply chain,whose management effect will have a direct impact on the healthy development of the supply chain.The paper analyzes the supply logistics problems of the core enterprise in the automobile supply chain by the nine screens method in TRIZ theory.Then,the ultimate ideal solution,the extraction principle in TRIZ theory,and the substitution principle of mechanical system,were applied to find the countermeasures of optimizing the supply logistics that is to set up the information interactive platform and adopt the supply logistics mode of the fourth party logistics.Meanwhile,the ultimate ideal solution was used to optimize the supply logistics process.关键词
