Abstract
The fern flora in Jinsi Gorge of Shangnan county was investigated through field study. It was found that ferns in this area consist of 86 species (including varieties) which fails into 39 genera of 19 families. Most of them belong to dryopteridaceae, athyriaceae, polypodiaceae, aspleniaeeae or selag- inellaceae, accounting for 65.12% of the total number of species. The dominant genera are selaginella, polystichum, asplenium, dryopteris and athyrium. Those flora are geographically complicated, with 15 genera to be tropical or subtropical ones, accounting for 51.72% of the total genera. Most species are endemic plants in eastern Asia and China, which are distributed crossing from tropical to warm tem- perate zones. 67 species are the types, taking up 79.76%o of the total number of species.关键词
