高校发展大学生党员有关问题研究
Some Problems in Developing Communist Party Members Among College Students
摘要
Abstract
With the popularization of higher education,the development of Communist members among college students has made greater progress:the number of student Communists is growing,more students join the Party at a younger age,and student Party members serving as Party branch secretary are increasing;Student Communists vanguard and exemplary role is in full play,which helps maintain the university's peace and stability.But meanwhile,difficulties and problems still exit in the Development of College students Communist members.For example,some students desire to join Communist Party while the early guidance and basic training are not in place;the work concerned student Party members is larger while full-time staff are not enough;the procedure college students join the Party is standardized while the practice sometimes deviates,and the smooth transition between the education before and after joining the Party is still a problem.In order to improve the quality of the development of Party members,the input of basic knowledge about the Party to freshmen is a must,which is beneficial to equip them and get preparation to join the Party;perfect the Party's "Three Conferences and One Lesson" system,strengthen supervision and inspection,and improve the sense of College Students Communists;strengthen professional training of Party cadres;strengthen the inspection and guidance of the Party branches,and constantly improve the quality of the development of College Students Communists.关键词
