Abstract
The employment problem of college students has become the current focus of government concerned about the livelihood problems.This paper,taking Shanxi Agricultural University Engineering College as an example and based on the analysis of the influencing factors of engineering students' employment competitiveness,puts forward some countermeasures to improve employment quality.关键词
