外商直接投资对中国产业结构升级作用的测度——基于面板数据模型的分析
Relationship between FDI and Chinese Industrial Structure -- An Empirical Research based on Panel Data

Abstract
By analyzing the panel data of real FDI and industrial value-added from 2000 to 2010, the link between the FDI and the industrial structure in China is examined. The results show the FDI has different positive effect on the value-added of triple industries to which FDI has the unilateral Granger causality, and from 2005 the flow of FDI shows a lessened tendency in the second industry while a increasing scale in the third industry. According to different situation in triple industries, corresponding measures are suggested: taking advantage of the favorable opportunity to increase tilt policy-oriented efforts on FDI into the primary industry; guide the technology-based and high value-added input of FDI on the second industry; strengthen the reform and increase the opening up of the third industry on FDI; and play FDI's role in promoting China's industrial structure upgrade.关键词
