Abstract
In this paper, the problem of classic education of experimental course was described, and the specific practices on the independent experimental course of sugar engineering integration and optimization were introduced. The results showed, through the reform on teaching system, teaching contents, teaching methods and assess system, the teaching quality and talent cultivation were improved.关键词
