高等农业院校大学生情商状况调查与思考——以沈阳农业大学食品学院为例
On College Students EQ Status in Agricultural Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
A questionnaire survey about college students" EQ status was carried out in College of Food Sciences of Shenyang Agricultural University. The results show that the EQ of students in agricultural colleges and universities develops well as a whole at present, but many problems still exist for quite a lot of students. In this case, firstly, colleges and universities should pay more attention to students and make greater efforts to direct them with a correct public opinion and offer targeted courses based on the popularization of EQ knowledge; secondly, they should integrate EQ education into their holistic education on the basis of a scientific system for the EQ education; thirdly, they should provide psychological counseling and coaching to students in need and make a good combination of individuality and commonness; fourthly and at last, they should help students develop a high EO with their own efforts.关键词
